The Holiday Spirit

Ever since I began blogging, I started to recognize the tremendous groundswell of creativity that reaches across the globe. By our posts, we bloggers inspire each other every day.

But, I believe that this phenomenon is no accident. I believe that we make the world a more beautiful place.

Thank you to each of you who inspire me daily...

I would like to ask you for a favor. Could you go visit someone's blog who has made a difference to you this year and just say, “I was just at Cindy’s and I’m passing this on...You have really made a difference to me.” That’s it. And could you just leave their name here? A first name is fine.

Of course, you can go to more than one blog and leave the message to as many people as you like.

Since it is the holiday time, I am just thinking how great people would feel to get a message like that!

And it’s okay if they don’t know who I am because this is not about me--this is about who has made a difference in your life this year. Maybe the person showed you a technique. Maybe your friend believed in you. Now is your chance to let that special person know.

XO

Cindy

There would be quite a list for me but I think I'll start with you---not what you had in mind, I know, but the Shabby Chic Girls Club introduced me to so many wonderful artists that I'd have to say you were the one who made a difference.

Merry Christmas to you and yours; may the New Year keep you safe, healthy, and creating more art so I can continually be inspired.

Hugs to you,

Great idea! However, it was reading your blogging guides that gave me the push to get started, so out of everyone, I would say that You have really made a difference to me, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I hope you have the best Christmas and a very happy 2012.

Hey, Cindy, “I was just at Cindy’s and I’m passing this on...You have really made a difference to me.” :)
Seriously, you have...but I am going to choose someone else too and be back. I have to give it some thought because there are several so I will step away from the computer for a bit and think it through.
You're a doll.

Dear Cindy,

"I was just at Cindy’s and I’m passing this on...You have really made a difference to me." So many have already said this, but I had to ~ You and your writing, books and love for all of us here in blog land have made a difference in my life, and in the lives of many others. To everything there is a season, and for you the time is now. May your success in the new year be multiplied as you have multiplied success in others.

Hugs,
Donna
