November Creative Spirit Challenge--Please read before entering

Hi Everyone--

Welcome to the Creative Spirit Challenge for November--Miss Creative Spirit for November will be announced next Monday night on Nov. 15th! This is the prize that will be sent to the winner! (The mixed media angel piece.)

You can link up your art, recipes, photography, decorating ideas--anything that shows YOUR creative spirit! Also, you can link up an old post--no need to make something new, so it's easy, peasy!

Now I would like to announce the winner of my "Vintage Christmas" Journal...It is Linda of Itsy Bits and Pieces! Congratulations Linda!

These are my brand-new Victorian Christmas magnets. They’re fun to make!! They were created with images from Shabby Cottage Studio....To see my tutorial, please visit: http://inspiration-gallery.blogspot.com/p/tutorials_25.html

One more thing--my link for the challenge has changed. Please just leave YOUR NAME to link up (not your item name.) And then, just link up with your blog address--thanks so much for playing along!!!

I am linking this post to Rednesday!
And Boardwalk Bragfest!

Cindy, I've entered my name for your challenge. For some reason there is a red x next to my name. I don't know why it's there. Thanks for the magnet tutorial, they will make great stocking stuffer gifts. I also wanted to say that I love your new header, your mantel and fireplace are gorgeous. I love the ornate carvings in the wood. The decorations on it are beautiful too.

Hi Cindy, its Kim from Birds Eye View on Etsy. So glad I found you through my friend Vicki's Rusty Rooster Vintage Blog. I love your bird journals, I am now following your blog too!:) Looking forward to seeing what new treasures you will be creating, have a great day!!:) ♥

Beautiful magnets, Cindy. I do wish I could visit more, but honey, it took 4 minutes just to load your header and huge bunch of followers and the music. It has been 6.5 minutes since I finally could look and comment. I live in an area that doesn't have a super high baud rate. I love your blogs. Can you do a blog that has fewer graphics? Surely I'm not the only blogger with this problem.

Love your vintage magnets!

Cindy, I feel awful that you have removed your music for me. I did get on this time in less than a minute. However, sometimes it is the whims of the servers, I think. You might try it again, just in case. Besides, no one else said anything about difficulty in visiting.

Thank you for explaining to me... I had eventually realised that it was anything. I have just made something, which, if it photographs well in the morning, I will link up to your challenge.

I love the mixed media angel and magnet tutorial. I have enjoyed looking at some of those who have linked to your post. I will try to look at the others later. I am kind of late joining in but I thought it would be fun.

Okay, Cindy, better late than never. I'm not really entering the challenge because my post was work inspired by a friend, but I just wanted to share this fun project. So much fun here. Thanks for hosting.
