I love to put tags in various areas in my home--This one is a surprise for Frenchy--it's been personalized for her and will be sent her way soon!

I put a French song on my blog to go with it!
Oh--one more thing...the tag was made with an image from the Graphics Fairy (how could we make it without Karen?) and also commercial papers and embellishments.
