Pail with Eggs--For Brag Monday and Mixed Media Monday

Hi Everyone--When I saw this little pail, I couldn't wait to incorporate it into this week's project...I used an image from the Graphics Fairy. I love the light blue as a soft accent color in this graphic. I added moss grass, miniature eggs, and silk flowers for a light summer feel. It is adorned with pale grayish blue organza ribbon.

The more I'm looking at this picture, I'm thinking that the miniature eggs look like potatoes! But, in person they really do look like eggs...lol

(One more thing, if you decide to try this, you can also add a card with a name on it tucked inside and use it as a place holder for a luncheon--fun and simple!)

This little pail is being linked up to:

Mixed Media Monday
Brag Monday at the Graphics Fairy.

If you would like to enter the "Paris" clips drawing and "French Beauty" drawing, just scroll down the page....the drawing is on the 15th!

Thank you for looking!

I can't stop saying "Ooooo" and "Ahhhhhhh" this morning (Monday here in Australia) as I browse through your most scrumptious blog, Cindy. Your pail of eggs with a soft touch of blue is perfection and a wonderful example for this week's MMM "something blue".
Fabulous!

Cindy, this is so beautiful! Love the softness of it. I didn't think the eggs looked like potatoes, by the way :-) Diane

What an elegant pail, Cindy...I love it, just gorgeous. But, I am also admiring the "Pineapple Design" crocheted table cloth beneath it. I have always loved that vintage design. Remember the song "Everything is Beautiful", . . in its own way, etc...Hugs, Gayle.

Hi Cindy!
What a beautiful Summer pail! It is so feminine and you have used my favorite color of blue, Robin's Egg. And I love your Sunday Postcard Art piece below too.
Thanks for your sweet comment - I got the quote in an email from my Mom and knew that it could be fun to work with.
Happy Sunday, Kristin xo

This is really pretty, Cindy! That graphic is one of my favorites as well. I have 3 little pails like this, but have other plans for them. I may have to get more just to try this.
