A Promise is a Promise

I have decided to become a "once-a-month blogger," however, prior to making that decision, 2 friends of mine--Marcia from In Stillness and Simplicity and Jenny from Jenny's Heart decided to have a one-time blog party and I promised that I would participate. The subject is friendship. So I made this digital piece with an angel image from Shabby Cottage Studio.

I included this sentiment--"Friends are like angels in life and through them we touch heaven."

Friday is not only a special day for this party, but also, it is Jenny from Jenny's Heart's birthday--Happy Birthday, Jenny! I hope it is a beautiful day.

I am linking this to: In Stillness and Simplicity and Jenny's Heart

If you would like to join me on my Facebook page, just click the button at the top of my right side bar.

I am no longer online on Sundays.

XO
Cindy

Hi Cindy- I hope you are getting caught up on some much needed rest (and projects). I miss you but do understand the drain that this has caused on your life lately. I will be watching for your monthly post! xo Diana

Hi Cindy, Very pretty quote and images. I've been thinking about you. We bought a King cake to celebrate Fat Tuesday and I thought of you celebrating Mardi Gras and wondered if they even have these King cakes in New Orleans? Hugs, Linda

Now, go rest. :)

Just got done fully reading your announcement regarding balance and posting once a month. Sometimes I'm a bit slow on the uptake :o) Queenie is sad but totally and fully supports this beautiful intention with thoughts and prayers and wishes that all your dreams come true.
Have a great day.
Always, Queenie

Love your angel friends saying. I haven't been blogging due to losing our twin grand~baby girls recently. It puts life in perspective and I haven't taken much time to read other blogs either. Once a month will be quite a change for you but I also know how busy you keep yourself with everything, including your writing. *hugs*
Blessings,
Cindy

Oh my goodness, Cindy, I had no idea you had so drastically cut down on your blogging. I have hardly been in blogland since my mum died just before Christmas. I am so glad that we are not losing you altogether though, at least we'll see you once a month. You take care, girl! xx
