Entering the Fairy Garden

With Christmas just around the corner, I love creating pieces that have a fairytale effect. So, I created a journal and a fairy garden tin for a baby girl as a gift.

I began with a fairy journal that her mom can write in to keep track of happy events and stages, such as walking, sitting, etc.

And here is a coordinating tin to match...As the child
is young, it will be saved to be played with when she is older.

The inside was created in several layers and each piece on the right side was backed with grunge board to stiffen it. If you would like to see the detail, click on each picture to enlarge.

A happy little fairy garden to treasure and enjoy!

Cindy, these are dreamy. Gorgeous indeed.

Out of all your blog headers and designs, this is my favorite by far. I love seeing those pictures of your home. Absolutely beautiful.

Much love your way!

Hi Cindy...this is so cute...and what a great gift. That mom will have a really neat story to tell with that fairy tale tin, when her little one is older, too :) :) Love and hugs from Oregon, Heather :)

Cindy, Your header is beautiful, you have a gorgeous home. Your fairy journal and tin is adorable. A cute baby gift and you might suggest it as a stocking stuffer for an older child to start them on journaling.
